I got to know  Melanie and Jared  through prenatal visits and a natural childbirth class taught by myself and Margo at The Ocala Birth Center.  Melanie is a total sweetheart!  She received support from  Jared, her mother, and sister.  Melanie integrated so well to the surges.  Though the sensations were overwhelming, she surrendered to what her body was doing, and it made for a smooth transition for little Samuel.  If you pay close attention to Melanie’s face, as she reaches down, and lifts him from the water. Such determination, love, and excitement!

Samuel Jared arrived on 8/25/13 at 6:51pm weighing in at 7lbs 2oz.
